VIDEO: 'No Villa, No Water Pipeline' – Alen Simonyan's Spokesperson Responds to Rumors

The statement from the media has no relation to reality. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, Tsovinar Khachatryan, in a recent conversation with Aurora News.

Notably, the newspaper 'Iravunk' reported: 'According to circulating rumors in Dzoraghbyur, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, who is temporarily assuming the duties of the President of Armenia, is actively continuing the construction of a villa right at the very beginning of Dzoraghbyur. At the same time, a villa is also being built by none other than the ruling party's MP Hratchya Hakobyan, the brother-in-law of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.' However, the essential issue is not how the ruling party members are improving their living conditions but rather how they treat their fellow citizens. According to the same rumors, Alen Simonyan is bringing a large water pipeline for the villa, and local residents have requested to access the water, but have received a sharp response stating that the pipeline is private. The issue is that there is a water problem in Dzoraghbyur, yet the complaints from residents are not being addressed.

Simonyan's spokesperson also provided further details regarding the mentioned publication.
