What to Do If You Haven't Been Vaccinated and Don't Want to Undergo PCR Testing: Ara Zohrapyan

The founder of the "Free Will" initiative and former president of the Armenian Bar Association, Ara Zohrapyan, writes on his Facebook page: "Armenia has paid nearly 6 billion drams for the procurement of vaccines. Taxpayers are paying for the vaccines.

The Ministry of Health reports (see attached material) that in 2021, the Republic of Armenia paid about 6 billion AMD (5,936,025,565 AMD) for coronavirus vaccines. Armenia acquired about 3 million (3,142,690) doses of vaccines in 2021, including donated doses.

This document indicates that the vaccines are not free and taxpayers of the Republic of Armenia (including unvaccinated citizens) are paying for the vaccines. This raises the question: why is the cost of PCR testing not reimbursed (let me remind you that PCR testing is also a medical intervention, and citizens have the right to refuse it)?

If the employer is applying pressure:

If you have not been vaccinated and do not want to undergo PCR testing, and as a result your employer is pressuring you, you can print the text of the application below, fill in the details, sign it, and submit it to your employer. On the second copy with you, the employer must sign, certifying receipt (if they refuse, you may send it by mail with a delivery receipt).

In case the employer initiates any process against you, contact the legal team of the "Free Will" initiative (phone 010 440333).
