When Azerbaijan states that the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh is resolved, this analyst drew my attention to the fact that for many years after 1994, statements have been made from Armenia and Artsakh about the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. Frequently, there are declarations, for example, regarding Yerevan being an Azerbaijani city, and so on. The analyst pointed out that since 1994, many statements have also been made asserting that Baku is an Armenian city,” he said.
