Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov clearly informed U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken during negotiations in Geneva that the continued disregard for Russia's legitimate concerns will lead to serious consequences. According to a message from the Russian Foreign Ministry, it was stated that:
