The 'Armenia' Alliance to Initiate New Processes
The newspaper 'Jamanak' reports that the 'Armenia' alliance, led by the second President of Armenia, will become more active and initiate new processes soon. According to information obtained by 'Jamanak', President Kocharian has decided to start a new strategy for struggle in the spring and to carry out new disobedience actions demanding Nikol Pashinyan's resignation.
Regarding what processes and timelines are being discussed, we attempted to clarify with Gagik Manukyan, a member of the 'Armenia' alliance from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF). 'Let's not talk about deadlines, because I am not one of those people who promise hot weather in winter, spring, summer, or autumn. The ARF and the 'Armenia' alliance were already talking about resistance and movement at the end of 2021. The work to strengthen this movement continues on a daily basis. For example, on Saturdays and Sundays, we hold meetings, discussions, and gather opinions with the population in various communities of Armenia, with our supporters and concerned citizens,' he noted.
When asked if the forces are consolidating, he succinctly responded, 'Yes.'
