When Air Communication Between Istanbul and Yerevan Will Begin

The Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has announced when flights between Yerevan and Istanbul will commence. According to Anadolu Agency, which cited the ministry's statement, air communication will begin on February 2.

The Turkish Ministry of Transport emphasized the ongoing negotiations regarding the normalization of relations with Armenia.

It is known that flights will be operated three times a week by the Turkish airline Pegasus from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The Armenian airline Fly One Armenia has also been granted permission to operate three flights between Istanbul and Yerevan.

Fly One Armenia's flight is scheduled to land at Istanbul Airport on February 2 at 19:50 local time, while the Pegasus flight will depart for Yerevan from Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 23:35 on the same day.
