VIDEO: What Happened? The Minister Struggled to Read an Important Bill While Laughing
On Wednesday morning, the Minister of Environment, Hakob Simidyan, approached the parliamentary podium with a rather "cheerful" mood. While presenting the draft law on amendments to the RA Tax Code in the second reading, he, with a smile on his face, barely managed to suppress his laughter.
