Operation of Bread Production Facility Suspended
The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia conducted a check on a bread production facility owned by individual entrepreneur Khachik Hartenyan in the city of Gyumri. They discovered that the production, auxiliary, and residential buildings of the facility were not clean or well-maintained. The floors, walls, and ceilings of the production area were not washed or disinfected. The raw materials and other components were not stored under conditions that prevent their spoilage and contamination. There were no designated areas for the washing, disinfecting, and storage of work tools and accessories.
Based on the above findings, the production activities of the bread facility have been suspended, and a deadline has been set for eliminating the identified violations.
