Minister Discusses Omicron Variant in Consultation

The Minister of Health, Anahit Avanesyan, has conducted a consultation regarding the epidemiological situation related to COVID-19 in the Republic and the recently discovered Omicron variant. This information was shared by the Minister on her Facebook page.

In the post, she mentioned, “We discussed preventive measures for the spread of Omicron, treatment schemes for the disease, coordination of primary care operations, testing, and policies regarding inpatient treatment of the disease in the case of the new variant.”
