«I've been pursued by the entire state apparatus». Don Pippo renounced his Armenian citizenship

According to the publication "Hraparak", law enforcement officials recently entered the home of Don Pippo, also known as Arthur Asatryan, and conducted a search. In an interview with "Hraparak", Asatryan confirmed that a search had taken place at his house and stated that he had been forced to renounce his Armenian citizenship. He said, "Because criminal cases were being opened on order, the entire state apparatus has been after me. This is the fourth time that a search has been conducted at my house during my absence."

It is worth noting that after the change of power in 2018, Don Pippo was arrested, and during the same days, prosecutions against Manvel Grigoryan began. The authorities decided to pursue both conflicting parties equally. Later, it turned out that both General Manvel and Arthur Asatryan had been unjustly accused.

It is important to mention that Asatryan has implemented several charitable projects in the Armavir region and Echmiadzin, has supported the underprivileged, repaired schools, and so on. During this time, his driver and brother were killed, and he left for Russia months ago. Just days ago, he submitted a request to renounce his Armenian citizenship.
