Calls from Azerbaijan Offering Deals to Artsakh Residents

According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', our compatriots in Artsakh have informed us that they are receiving calls from Azerbaijanis proposing lucrative deals to sell their apartments.

These discussions began immediately after the signing of the November 9 memorandum, and recently, the frequency of these calls has increased. It appears that the President of Azerbaijan is attempting to seize Artsakh by any means. But are there any willing sellers? 'Certainly not,' our interviewee stated.
