There Are Difficult Access Roads

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed and difficult access roads in the territory of Armenia.

The road from Amberd Fortress to Kari Lake in the Aragatsotn region is closed. The Vardenyats Pass is closed for heavy trucks with trailers and is difficult to navigate for other vehicles.

There are patches of black ice on the roads of Syunik, Aragatsotn, Shirak regions, and the Spitak and Spitak-Gyumri roads in Lori region.

According to information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
