Security Service Employee Accused of Stealing Property from Government Residences
Arman O. has been charged with secretly stealing significant amounts of property belonging to others from government residences. According to information obtained by Iravaban.net from the ‘Datalex’ judicial information system, the incident occurred during 2021.
It is noted that during this period, Arman O. worked as a junior inspector in the 3rd platoon of the 1st company of the State Protection Service of the National Security Service (NSS). The case has been assigned to Judge Vache Margaryan.
During the pre-trial proceedings, a preventive measure of signature not to leave has been chosen for Arman O. The court has made a decision to schedule the criminal case for trial. The next court session will take place on February 2.
It is important to note that government residences, also known as the Kond Residences complex, house the Prime Minister, Speaker of the National Assembly, President of the Supreme Judicial Council, President of the Constitutional Court, and other officials. These residences are included in the list of specially protected sites.
