Condition of Wounded Soldiers Reported by Ministry of Defense

On January 11, following an act of provocation by Azerbaijani units along the eastern segment of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the condition of the wounded soldiers is reported as stable, according to Gegham Pashikyan, the acting head of the Armed Forces' Medical Department.

“Both soldiers are currently in stable condition and are receiving treatment in hospitals. One of the wounded has been transferred to the Central Clinical Military Hospital and has undergone surgery; he is currently in the post-operative period and his condition is stable. The other soldier has sustained minor injuries and is being treated at the Vardenis military hospital,” he stated.
