Baku Welcomes Processes Aimed at Normalizing Armenian-Turkish Relations

The start of dialogue between Armenia and Turkey will accelerate the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the implementation of the trilateral agreement's obligations. This was stated by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov.

It is noteworthy that yesterday marked the first meeting of the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey at the Russian Foreign Ministry's reception house.
