The delegations of Armenia and Turkey have arrived at the Russian Foreign Ministry's House of Diplomats in Moscow, where the first meeting of the negotiators on the normalization of bilateral relations will take place. This was reported by "RIA Novosti."
Armenia is represented by Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, while Turkey is represented by its former ambassador to the US, Serdar Kilic.
