Armenian Side Has New Proposals, We Will Convey Them to Baku: Lavrov

"Yesterday I spoke with my Armenian counterpart, who has new proposals. We will convey them to Baku. We will see how to make the commission operational as soon as possible," said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a press conference dedicated to the results of Russian diplomacy.

"This issue does not concern Nagorno-Karabakh and the issues of the region; it is a bilateral matter that we have been proposing to begin developing for a year now," Lavrov stated, according to TASS news agency. He noted that Russia would convey Armenia's proposals regarding the establishment of a commission on demarcation between the two countries.
