Azerbaijani Defense Minister Meets New Commander of Russian Peacekeepers

The Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Zakir Hasanov, has met with the new commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces, Major General Andrey Volkov. This was reported by Azerbaijani media, as conveyed by Armenpress.
