Azerbaijan Holds Tactical Exercises for Internal Troops

Tactical exercises have been carried out by the special operational brigade of the Internal Troops of Azerbaijan, named 'Nakhchivan'. According to a report from the Combined Arms Press Service, the exercises were conducted according to a specific scenario aimed at neutralizing an organized criminal group involved in the smuggling of weapons, ammunition, and explosives, as well as drug processing and illegal trafficking.

The special forces of the Internal Troops' 'Nakhchivan' brigade initiated an anti-terrorist operation as part of these exercises. Representatives from the Turkish Armed Forces observed the proceedings of the drills.
