Metakse Hakobyan on Vitali Balasanyan's Health Condition

There is no such thing. Secretary of the Security Council Vitali Balasanyan has gone for another medical examination. This was stated by Metakse Hakobyan, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh from the "Justice" faction, addressing rumors that Balasanyan had been hospitalized after a heart attack and was transferred from Artsakh to Yerevan.

"I don't know which media outlet spread that news, but there is no such thing. It was just a routine medical check-up. We had party discussions until late last night with Balasanyan's son," Hakobyan informed ArmDaily.am.
