Video: Officials Confirm Enemy Fire in Artsakh, Vehicle Near Kindergarten Caught Fire

Auroranews has just reported that enemy fire was directed towards the Red Market area of Artsakh. The office of the Artsakh Human Rights Defender confirmed to us that such an incident occurred. “A vehicle parked near the local kindergarten caught fire; law enforcement has arrived and is investigating the details of the incident,” stated the Human Rights Defender's office.
