VIDEO: "I have submitted an application to transfer to the Ministry of Defense" - the governor addresses circulating rumors in the media

For a long time, information has been circulating in the media regarding the potential dismissal of Aragatsotn Province Governor Razmik Petrosyan from his post. The media also reported that Petrosyan is to be appointed at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

Auroranews.am contacted Governor Razmik Petrosyan for clarification. In our conversation, he stated that he has submitted an application to transfer to the Ministry of Defense, but there is currently no decision or order in place.

"I want to serve my homeland, to work in the Ministry of Defense, in the Armed Forces. Regardless of everything, no matter what position I hold, I will always serve and continue to serve my homeland," he emphasized.
