Video: 19 People, Including 9 Children, Die in Fire at New York Apartment Building
A fire that broke out in an apartment building in the Bronx, New York, has resulted in the deaths of 19 people, including 9 children, according to Associated Press reports. Over 30 residents have been hospitalized.
The city fire department chief stated that the fire was caused by a malfunctioning electric heater.
