Robert Kocharyan vs. Nikol Pashinyan: Court Hearing in Progress

The court hearing between the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is currently underway at the Kanaker branch of the Yerevan City Court, presided over by Judge Sergey Sahakyan.

As previously reported, Robert Kocharyan has filed a lawsuit demanding the protection of his honor and dignity against public defamation. It is noteworthy that the basis of this lawsuit stems from statements made by Nikol Pashinyan during the campaign last year, as highlighted by Hayk Alumyann.
