Social Package Beneficiaries Can Now Access Dental Services

The Armenian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has announced that, as a result of changes in the social package provision regulations, beneficiaries of the social package can now access dental medical assistance and services offered by health care organizations starting December 13, 2021.

It is worth noting that other changes have also been made to the social package provision regulations, specifically:

• The mandatory requirement to present an identification card to access the social package services has been removed.
• A guarantee has been established for beneficiaries, whereby when a beneficiary changes jobs within a month from one organization to another, their rights to access the social package will be preserved.
• The scope of immediate family members of social package beneficiaries has been reviewed. According to the new regulations, immediate family members now also include the beneficiary’s parent, adoptive parent, adopted child, individual under guardianship or custody, grandparent, grandchild, and cohabiting siblings.
