Belarusian Paratroopers Arrive in Kazakhstan

Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin has announced that Belarusian paratroopers are already conducting "advancements to the area of operations" as part of the CSTO peacekeeping mission in Kazakhstan.

The lieutenant general clarified that special operations forces from the 103rd Vitebsk airborne brigade have been sent to the country struck by revolution. It is noted that this unit is fully "prepared to carry out such missions" and is "staffed exclusively by contracted servicemen."
