Ministry of Social Affairs Issues Statement

Ensuring temporary shelter for homeless citizens is a priority for the Ministry of Labor and Social Issues. This is stated in a message issued by the ministry.

The ministry reaffirms its readiness to facilitate the transfer of residents from the "Hans Christian Kofoed" charitable foundation shelter to a separate building of the No. 1 Nursing Home in Yerevan and to provide the necessary services to them.

The accompanying photographs show the conditions offered to homeless citizens. Renovation works are also planned and will be carried out within a short timeframe.
