Video: Cars Imported to Russia Frozen Inside and Out

At the beginning of the week, foreign cars were delivered to the port of Vladivostok, where they have turned into blocks of ice. The vehicles on the ship are frozen not only on the outside but also on the inside.

The entire blame falls on the weather conditions – raging waves and temperatures below zero. The cars have become unfit for use.
