One of the Five Soldiers Returned from Captivity Arrested

Yesterday, one of the five soldiers returned from Azerbaijani captivity has been arrested in connection with a criminal case being investigated by the Special Investigation Service. This was reported by "Factinfo." The publication contacted the Special Investigation Service, which confirmed the information, indicating that A. Kh. was arrested under the characteristics of Article 365, Part 3 of the RA Criminal Code (Violation of the rules of combat duty or military service that resulted in severe consequences).

The other four soldiers who returned to their homeland yesterday were interrogated as part of the criminal case. It is noteworthy that five Armenian soldiers were repatriated from Azerbaijani captivity yesterday through the mediation of Hungary; they had been captured on November 16 from the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
