Garnik Isagulyan Held in Very Cold Room, Lawyer Reports

The president of the "National Security" party, Garnik Isagulyan, has been transferred from "Vardashen" Penitentiary to "Nubarashen" Penitentiary without any explanations provided. Lawyer Anna Tsarukyan informed "Factinfo" of this, raising concerns that Isagulyan is being kept in quarantine conditions and in a very cold room.

"They say nothing. I ask who has decided—whether it is the investigator or the head of the penitentiary—and there is no response," the lawyer noted, adding that she was asked to clarify the information from "Nubarashen" Penitentiary, where they also responded that they don't know the grounds for his transfer.

Moreover, it turns out that the investigator was also unaware that Isagulyan had been moved to another prison. The lawyer has been compelled to contact the Human Rights Defender to express her concerns.

"He was kept in quarantine there for seven days, and now he is again in a quarantined status," the lawyer said, indicating that she is still awaiting personnel from the Human Rights Defender's office.
