Flu Pandemic Rages On with Various Strains: H1N1, H3N2, B, etc. – Arsen Torosyan
MP Arsen Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Dear compatriots, I am sure there are many people suffering from acute respiratory infections around you, both adults and children. Many of them are receiving bed rest treatment due to very high fevers and other complaints. There are also many children who may require hospitalization, and the bed capacity of our country’s pediatric medical centers is overloaded, leaving the medical staff exhausted.
Additionally, while the COVID situation is relatively better now, the influenza pandemic is still rampant with various strains: H1N1, H3N2, B, and others. The best prevention against this acute respiratory infection remains vaccination, which is advisable to get done before the cold season, but it is not too late even now. Vaccination can be done at your attached outpatient polyclinic.
All members of our family, including my two children (in the photo), get vaccinated every year in October with the quadrivalent flu vaccine and have not contracted the virus so far, despite the presence of many sick individuals in their environment (for example, at school).
Get vaccinated against the flu and stay healthy.”
