COVID-19 Statistics for Today

As of December 29 at 11:00 AM, 88 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 344,737. This information was provided by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

The total number of tests conducted amounts to 2,553,654, with 6,788 new tests carried out in the last day. Currently, there are 4,123 patients receiving treatment, which is a decrease of 34 from the previous day.

According to the latest data, 331,152 individuals have recovered, with 125 recoveries reported in the last day. In the past 24 hours, 5 citizens have died as a result of COVID-19, bringing the total number of fatalities to 7,970. Additionally, there was 1 reported death the previous day where the patient had contracted the coronavirus but passed away due to another medical condition. The total number of such cases stands at 1,501.
