Who is the Highest-Rated Judge in Armenia for the Year?

The "Transparent Hand 2021" award was traditionally given to the highest-rated judge by lawyers based on the results of 2021, which was awarded to Vazgen Ruben Rshtuni, a judge of the Court of Appeals of Armenia. As a result, Vazgen Rshtuni became the recipient of the "Transparent Hand" honorary award.
