Is there any doubt that the Armenian population of Artsakh continues and will continue its struggle for an Armenian future in Artsakh, for international recognition of independence, and ultimately for unification with Mother Armenia? This is what Artsakh's State Minister Artak Beglaryan wrote on his Facebook page.

He specifically noted: “For every Armenian, the will and aspirations of the Armenian population of Artsakh should be inviolable and serve as a basis to support the Homeland in efforts and endeavors. Activities and discussions related to Artsakh must have clear goals, principles, and red lines based on national interests, free from narrow and short-term interests, including internal political ones. This applies to political forces and figures in Artsakh, Armenia, and the diaspora, starting with myself.

Every Armenian who believes that Artsakh must remain Armenian has an obligation not to harm this process, but rather to support it.”
