Video: The Advanced MC-21-300 Aircraft Performs Its First Flight

A video has been released showing the first flight of the MC-21-300 aircraft, featuring wings made from Russian composite materials. The footage captures the aircraft taking off and moving at a low altitude.

The aircraft ascended from the airport of the Irkutsk Aviation Plant, a branch of the Irkut Corporation, as reported by RIA Novosti. The flight was conducted in a standard mode.

The tests took place at the Irkutsk Aviation Plant's airport. The MC-21-300/310 is a new generation medium-haul aircraft with a passenger capacity ranging from 162 to 211. Its key feature is the wings made of composite materials.
