Video: A Raging Storm Has Torn Down the City Christmas Tree; People Can Barely Walk Outside

A storm is raging in the Russian city of Norilsk, which has even torn down the city's Christmas tree. Wind gusts of up to 33 meters per second have been recorded in the area. People can barely move along the streets, and students have been excused from classes for the third consecutive day.
