US Creates Toxic Atmosphere Towards Russia: Lavrov

The unfriendly stance taken by the United States towards Russia is creating a toxic atmosphere and hindering the process of establishing calm communication. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during an interview with the Bosnian publication 'Oslobodjenje'.

“Speaking about Russian-American relations, I would like to emphasize the following. An unhealthy atmosphere has developed in our interactions with Washington. Numerous irritating circumstances have accumulated. The Americans are pursuing an unfriendly line, imposing sanctions, making baseless accusations against us, and engaging in other hostile actions,” said the Russian Foreign Minister.

According to Lavrov, all of these factors are creating a toxic atmosphere and hindering the ability to engage in calm, professional communication.
