Member of the "Liberation Movement" initiative group, journalist Nairi Hovhikyan wrote on his Facebook page:

"The Ministry of Health has confirmed that vaccination against COVID-19 is voluntary, and no one has the right to impose it. Co-founder of the "Liberation Movement", Ara Zohrapyan, recently applied to the Ministry of Health for clarification regarding COVID-19 vaccinations and PCR tests. In the written response received, the Ministry of Health confirms that vaccinations are voluntary, and no one—be it the state or an employer—has the right to compel or impose punitive measures.

We often hear hidden and fearful complaints that people's salaries are being delayed, they are being given unjustified warnings, and employees in the public sector and military are deprived of the 13th salary or bonuses if they refuse to be vaccinated.

From now on, you can place the document published below on your employer's desk if someone imposes vaccination on you. And conducting a PCR test, as confirmed by the Constitutional Court, cannot be done at the employee's expense.

These actions are not against vaccination at all. I myself have been vaccinated, but there are many people who are against vaccination, and they should not be compelled to do something they do not want to."
