As we reported earlier, the police formed a barrier in front of the Parakar mayor's office, preventing Volodya Grigoryan from entering the building. After lengthy negotiations with the police, they were unsuccessful in gaining entry to the municipality and decided to march in Parakar, on the condition that they will attempt to enter the mayor's office again shortly.
