Azerbaijan Triggers Hysteria Again: Delivers Protest Note to France

Azerbaijan has sent a protest note to France, citing the visit of Valérie Pécresse, the President of the Île-de-France Regional Council and a candidate for the French presidency, to Artsakh as the reason. This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, which characterized the visit as "illegal."

Following Pécresse's trip to Artsakh, the temporary chargé d'affaires of France in Azerbaijan was summoned to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where the protest note was handed over to him.

Pécresse has been included in a list of undesirable individuals for Azerbaijan.
