Masked Operatives Detain Garnik Isagulyan: Narek Samsonyan
Narek Samsonyan, the president of the Civil Consciousness NGO, wrote on his Facebook page: “Masked operatives are currently detaining Garnik Isagulyan. Political persecutions in the country are gaining momentum; all those who hinder the territories being handed over to the Turks must be isolated...”
It is noteworthy that Garnik Isagulyan is the leader of the National Security Party.
