Facebook User 'Black List, Black Credits' Defrauds Citizen by Stealing Banking Card Funds

“On December 17 at 15:30, a report was submitted to the Martakert regional police department indicating that an unknown user registered as 'Black List, Black Credits' on the Facebook social network fraudulently obtained the banking card details of H.A., a resident of Sisian, Syunik Province, born in 1999, during October this year, and stole 120,000 AMD from her card by abusing her trust. The investigation is being carried out by the Martakert regional police department.
