Shirak Governor Speaks About Two Returned POWs

Shirak Governor Nazeli Baghdasaryan wrote on her Facebook page: The two of the 10 returned prisoners of war, Hrachik Galstyan and Sevak Petrosyan, are from Gyumri. They were returned through the mediation of Charles Michel, President of the European Council. I am hopeful that our brothers, who were captured in Khztaberd, will also return home with the next group.
