Trial Session Held in Baku for Armenian Prisoners of War
A preliminary court session has taken place at the Sabunchu District Court in Baku regarding the criminal cases against Armenian citizens Ishkhan Sargsyan and Vladimir Rafaelian, who have been captured.
The two Armenians are charged under Article 214.2.3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Artsakh (terrorism committed with the use of weapons and items used as weapons).
