Mobile Communication Disruptions in Artsakh: Enemy Jammed Frequencies

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Artsakh reports that the disruptions in mobile communication are due to the jamming of frequencies by the enemy. They are taking steps to address the issue through negotiations. They urge the public to refrain from unwarranted speculation.

It is worth noting that the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh has repeatedly addressed this issue, particularly emphasizing that Azerbaijan uses any method to violate the rights of the people of Artsakh and create inconveniences. In this specific case, the actions of the Azerbaijani side obstruct the rights of the people of Artsakh to freely access telephone communication and other forms of communication, as well as their right to be informed.

I once again draw the attention of the relevant authorities and Russian peacekeeping forces to this issue, which is important not only from the perspective of human rights protection but also clearly bears a humanitarian nature.
