It Is Snowing in Aparan: Ministry of Emergency Situations Reports on Closed and Difficult Roads

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia. The highway from Amberd Fortress to Kari Lake in the Aragatsotn region is closed. Due to the risk of landslides, the road from Zovuni village to Koreys' gorge is temporarily closed. The Vardenyats Pass is impassable for trucks with trailers. It is currently snowing in Aparan city of Aragatsotn region.

Regarding Lars, according to the information received from the Emergency Management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open.
