Investigation into Mandatory Vaccination and Burden of PCR Testing Costs on Individuals Concluded: When Will the Decision Be Announced?

Aram Vardevanyan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Armenia" faction and a lawyer, wrote on his Facebook page: "The examination of the decree regarding the burden of costs for mandatory vaccinations and PCR tests on individuals concluded at the Constitutional Court on December 16. The Constitutional Court's decision will be published in the coming days. From the very first day, we have stated that we oppose coercion and support vaccination. A PERSON is the highest value, and the state must recognize this and reimburse the costs of PCR testing. Coercion is never acceptable, and that’s final."
