Flyone Armenia to Compensate Passengers: Company Issues Statement
Flyone Armenia has issued a statement regarding the current situation. The statement says:
“Dear compatriots, beloved passengers, Flyone Armenia reports that due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (including concerns from Russian authorities related to the coronavirus pandemic), the company has been forced to cancel flights from Yerevan to the Russian Federation scheduled between December 20 and January 31.
The airline will ensure the rapid and safe transportation of all passengers on flights scheduled from December 17 to December 19 to their destinations, just as it has already ensured the transportation of passengers from previous flights.
All passengers of the canceled flights are offered a full refund or the transfer of the ticket amount to the passenger's name in Flyone Armenia's virtual wallet, amounting to 120% of the ticket price. If the ticket was purchased through a travel agency, the company requests that passengers contact the agency for ticket refunds or changes in dates.
Our employees will continue to maintain constant and personal contact with all passengers on flights to the Russian Federation to swiftly and effectively resolve any arising issues. The company's passenger service will be available in an enhanced mode.
We inform you that flights to other destinations will operate according to the previously announced schedule. Flyone Armenia apologizes for the inconvenience caused and assures that it will make every effort to overcome the existing issues in the shortest time possible.
