Citizens Will be Able to Penalize Traffic Rule Violations in Russia

Since 2022, citizens in Russia can penalize each other for violations of traffic rules. Through the 'People's Inspector' app, drivers are able to impose fines based on photographs and videos, without the need for notifications.

According to Autonews, complaints can be filed regarding violations of parking rules, such as unauthorized stops, parking in areas with prohibited signs, and parking on lawns, as well as failing to pay for parking.
