Stabbing Incident at Yerevan's 'Beer Academy' Restaurant Leaves One Injured
On December 16, an extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 1:40 AM, the Central Police Department received a report from the 'Erebuni' Medical Center that a citizen with a 'stab wound to the right axillary region and waist, nasal bone fracture' had been transferred there.
According to Shamshyan.com, an operational group from the Central Police Department, led by the head of the criminal investigation department, was dispatched to the hospital. The police determined that the victim was 24-year-old Roland I., a resident of Yerevan.
While the medical team fought to save his life, which they succeeded in doing, the Central Police learned that a dispute had erupted between Roland I. and an unidentified individual at the 'Beer Academy' restaurant, located at 8 Moscow Street, during which the assailant stabbed him with a knife.
According to the doctor's report, he is currently unable to provide an explanation. The Central Police Department's investigative division is preparing materials regarding the incident.
